Pet Angels creates custom digital pet portraits using photographs and information supplied by the customer.

Because each portrait is individually created, the final result depends heavily on the quality, clarity, lighting, angle, resolution, and completeness of the photographs submitted.

Pet Angels may request additional or replacement photographs when the submitted images are not sufficient to create a satisfactory portrait.

Pet Angels cannot guarantee that every photograph can be successfully restored, enlarged, reconstructed, or converted into a detailed portrait.

The production timeframe begins after:

• payment has been successfully completed;
• all required order information has been received; and
• usable photographs have been provided.

The normal proof timeframe is approximately 1–5 business days, but complex orders, multiple-pet portraits, restoration work, high order volume, customer delays, or technical issues may require additional time.

By uploading a photograph, the customer confirms that they own the photograph or have permission from the copyright owner to use it for the requested portrait.

The customer is responsible for obtaining permission from photographers, studios, family members, organizations, or other copyright owners when necessary.

The customer grants Pet Angels and Artography Infusion LLC permission to use the submitted photographs solely as needed to:

• create the commissioned portrait;
• communicate with the customer;
• prepare proofs and final files;
• maintain order records and backups; and
• provide requested customer service.

Submitted photographs will not be sold.

Pet Angels may decline any request involving unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful, exploitative, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate material.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the proof before approving the final portrait.

The customer must verify:

• pet names;
• memorial dates or Dates to Remember;
• spelling;
• capitalization;
• poems;
• scripture references;
• custom wording;
• layout;
• pet appearance; and
• any other personalized details.

Once the customer approves the proof, the portrait will be finalized using the approved information.

Pet Angels is not responsible for customer-approved spelling, date, wording, or factual errors.

Reasonable revisions may be requested during the proof stage.

Revisions are intended to correct or refine the original order request. They do not include a complete redesign, a different portrait concept, replacement of the primary pet photograph after substantial work has begun, or major additions not included in the original order.

Requests that substantially change the original order may require an additional fee. Any additional fee will be disclosed before the extra work begins.

No revisions are guaranteed after the final portrait has been approved and delivered.

Each Pet Angels portrait is a customized digital service created specifically for the individual customer.

A cancellation request should be submitted as soon as possible.

If work has not yet begun, Pet Angels may approve a full or partial refund, less any nonrefundable payment-processing costs when applicable.

Once editing, restoration, compositing, digital painting, layout, or other custom work has begun, the order may no longer qualify for a full refund.

After a proof has been created or a final digital portrait has been delivered, payments are generally nonrefundable except where required by law or when Pet Angels is unable to complete the purchased service.

Refund decisions will be based on the amount of custom work already completed and the specific circumstances of the order.

Pet Angels does not guarantee refunds based solely on:

• a change of mind;
• failure to provide suitable photographs;
• failure to respond to requests for information;
• dissatisfaction caused by inaccurate customer-supplied instructions; or
• errors that the customer approved during the proof process.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Pet Angels does not directly receive or store full credit-card numbers or card security codes.

Pet Angels is a creative service of Artography Infusion LLC.

A customer's card statement, bank statement, or digital wallet may display:

Both names refer to the customer's Pet Angels portrait purchase.

Pet Angels portraits are delivered digitally using the email address or delivery method provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for:

• providing an accurate email address;
• checking spam or junk folders;
• downloading delivered files promptly; and
• saving files in more than one secure location.

Digital files may be delivered through email, a secure download link, cloud storage, or another agreed delivery method.

Pet Angels is not responsible for permanent file loss caused by a customer's device failure, deleted email, expired third-party link, lost password, damaged storage device, or failure to create a personal backup.

Pet Angels keeps a complimentary backup of completed portrait files for two years following final delivery.

If the customer loses the delivered files during that two-year period, Pet Angels will make a reasonable effort to resend the available final files at no additional charge.

Storage beyond two years is not guaranteed.

Pet Angels does not guarantee permanent retention of original uploads, drafts, working files, Photoshop files, third-party download links, or every intermediate version.

No customer files will be automatically deleted solely because the two-year retention period has ended. The retention date is used for internal tracking, but long-term availability is not guaranteed.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Pet Angels and Hayley J. Passaro retain the copyright to the original portrait design, artistic composition, editing, restoration work, digital painting, graphic elements, poems, layouts, and other original creative work.

After full payment, the customer receives a personal-use license to:

• download and store the final portrait;
• print copies for personal or household use;
• display the portrait in their home;
• share the portrait with friends and family; and
• post the portrait on personal social-media accounts.

The customer may not, without written permission:

• sell or resell the digital file;
• sell prints or merchandise containing the artwork;
• use the artwork in advertising or commercial branding;
• claim authorship of the artwork;
• remove or alter a copyright notice for commercial use;
• license the artwork to another person or company;
• convert the artwork into commercial products; or
• use original Pet Angels poems commercially.

Commercial-use rights must be agreed to separately in writing.

Pet Angels will not knowingly publish a customer's private contact information, payment information, private order notes, or other confidential information.

The customer may choose whether Pet Angels may publicly display the completed portrait as a portfolio sample or use it in social media, newsletters, advertisements, videos, or other promotional materials.

Permission to display the finished portrait does not automatically grant permission to display the customer's original submitted photograph. Original photographs may be used in before-and-after examples only when the customer separately grants that permission.

Customers may choose to permit anonymous display without names, memorial dates, personalized wording, or other identifying details.

Declining promotional permission will not affect the customer's order, price, service, or finished portrait.

Customers may withdraw future promotional permission by contacting Pet Angels. Withdrawal applies to future use but may not require removal of materials already printed, lawfully published, scheduled, or distributed before the withdrawal request was received.

Pet Angels may collect information that customers voluntarily provide, including:

• name;
• email address;
• mobile phone number;
• contact preferences;
• pet names and details;
• uploaded photographs;
• memorial dates or Dates to Remember;
• custom wording;
• order instructions;
• marketing-email consent;
• order and payment status;
• customer-service messages; and
• delivery information.

This information may be used to:

• create and deliver portraits;
• process and manage orders;
• communicate about proofs, questions, revisions, and delivery;
• provide customer support;
• maintain business, tax, payment, and order records;
• prevent fraud or misuse;
• protect website and database security;
• resend retained files;
• comply with legal obligations; and
• send optional marketing emails when the customer has opted in.

Pet Angels does not sell customer personal information.

Customer information may be processed by service providers that help operate the business, including website hosting, database storage, file storage, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and business-management services.

Examples may include Lovable, Supabase, Stripe, email-delivery providers, cloud-storage providers, and other necessary service providers.

These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Payment-card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored directly by Pet Angels.

Customer photographs and order files are stored in private systems intended to restrict public access.

Files may be accessed by Pet Angels, Artography Infusion LLC, authorized service providers, or technical systems only as reasonably necessary to create, manage, secure, back up, or deliver the order.

Although reasonable security measures are used, no internet transmission, website, database, cloud-storage service, or electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Customers should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive documents or information.

Customers may contact Pet Angels to request reasonable assistance with:

• reviewing personal information associated with their order;
• correcting inaccurate contact information;
• updating communication preferences;
• withdrawing marketing-email consent;
• requesting deletion of information that is not required for legal, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or business-record purposes; or
• asking questions about how their information is used.

Pet Angels may need to verify the requester's identity before releasing, changing, or deleting customer information.

Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary to complete an order, comply with law, maintain financial or tax records, document a transaction, resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement, prevent fraud, or protect legal rights.

Privacy and data requests may be sent through the website contact form or to the Pet Angels customer-support email address: PetAngelsbyAOI@gmail.com.

Marketing emails are optional and separate from transactional order communications.

The customer will receive promotional emails only after affirmatively opting in.

The marketing checkbox remains unchecked by default.

Transactional messages may still be sent when necessary to:

• confirm an order;
• request photographs or information;
• provide a proof;
• discuss revisions;
• deliver final files;
• provide receipts or payment information;
• respond to a customer request; or
• communicate important service information.

Marketing emails must:

• accurately identify the sender;
• avoid misleading subject lines;
• include a valid physical postal address;
• provide a clear unsubscribe method; and
• honor unsubscribe requests.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not prevent necessary order-related communications.

The website and its service providers may automatically collect limited technical information such as:

• browser type;
• device type;
• approximate location derived from an IP address;
• pages viewed;
• referral source;
• date and time of visits;
• diagnostic information; and
• security or error logs.

This information may be used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.

The website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, behavioral targeting, or data-sale practices.

If analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral tracking, or new third-party tools are later added, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Pet Angels is not directed toward children under 13, and children under 13 should not submit personal information or place orders without the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

If Pet Angels learns that personal information was submitted by a child under 13 without appropriate parental involvement, reasonable steps may be taken to delete it.

The website may link to or use third-party services such as Stripe, email providers, cloud-storage services, social-media platforms, or other external websites.

Pet Angels and Artography Infusion LLC are not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, or content practices of independent third-party websites and services.

Customers should review the policies of those services when appropriate.

Customers are welcome to share honest reviews and opinions about their experience.

Pet Angels will not prohibit or penalize a customer for providing an honest review.

Testimonials, customer names, photographs, or reaction videos will not be used in advertising without the applicable permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pet Angels and Artography Infusion LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website or purchased digital files.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount actually paid for that order.

This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Pet Angels may temporarily suspend or delay service because of illness, emergency, technical failure, internet outage, third-party provider failure, severe weather, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

When reasonably possible, affected customers will be notified and given updated timing information.

These policies may be updated as the website, services, technology, or legal requirements change.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Material changes will not be applied retroactively to completed orders when doing so would unfairly reduce rights already promised to the customer.

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another mandatory consumer-protection law controls.
